adobe cs6 platform swap inquiry

Hi. A couple of days ago, I acquired a Mac and found out I could no longer use my serial number for Adobe CS6 because I previously had a Windows computer. I contacted an agent through chat about a platform swap to Mac, and they had told me that my request will be processed in 24-48 hours. It's been a few days now, and In my account, under Support Cases, my request just says "In process with agent." Will I be able to get a new serial number in the coming days?
