when i try to sign in clip with my adobe id ,it says access denied !
My adobe account is normal, it can access other software in addition to clip

Hi Joe,
Are you located in the US? Please make sure you're not attempting to sign in with an Enterprise ID. This has affected user's in the past. Also, you might try creating a new Adobe ID and then sign out and try signing back in with your primary ID.

That's strange!
Are you able to login into other mobile apps? Such as Adobe Capture CC, Comp CC and Photoshop Mix.

I have checked your adobe ID. Your account seems to be absolutely fine.

I have a similar issue, i open the app it asks me to log in, it brings me to the adobe website then that's it. Return to the app and i've the rotating circle as it tries to log me in but nothing happens 😞
I'm on a vodafone phone, android version 6.0.1

Hi, I'm in China, I have the same problem. I tried to use three different Emails to sign in, but all of them did't work. I downloaded Adobe Premiere Clip from Google Play Store.

i can use the other adobe iPad apps like Draw, etc. but the Adobe CC, I can login, but cannot move any files from one device to another like it logs me in, allows personal file uploads, but then when I try to login to transfer files from one iPad to the other, it doesn’t show up...
First, can someone help me gain access to Adobe Clip, much appreciated! And secondly, is there something wrong or not possible to do personal file transfer from my older iPad to my newer iPad with the Draw to CC apps?
