When preview is active it Shows "File in Use" - Error on (only!!) PDF-Files. Can this be solved in or by Adobe?

This has been a problem for a while, so this is a question only Adobe can answer (and so far, they have not fixed its, so I would assume it's not a simple problem). I wrote about this almost exactly three years ago: Who is Hogging My File? - KHKonsulting LLC
