sound like an issue for the good folks at the Premiere forum to puzzle over. But you're already here so show us some screenshots and provide information about this Clip. A video capture would be nice too. Feel free of course to post this in Premiere forum if you wish.

Hi Audio Editor,

Did you solve this issue yet? Make sure you export an editable file using an intermediate codec, like DNxHD, Cineform, or ProRes. That would work best. Please let us know what's going on.
