I would like to save it for a picture on my wall but right now it is onlly 1"x1 1/2" large....How can I enlarge it and maintain it's sharpness?
Any oppinion would really, really be a help. And,thankyou for reading....
Troy, go to Google's Reverse image search page
Drag your image, or any other image onto the page. If it finds other sizes, click on Large. The largest size for that image appears to be 3000x1687 pixels.

1" x 11/2 inches does not really mean anything. Photoshop works with pixels. Your image dimensions without stating a ppi (pixels per inch figure) could be 50x75 pixels or it could be 10000 x 15000 pixels.
So you need to know how many pixels you are starting with and how many you are finishing with. You can successfully do some enlargement using resampling algorithms in Image Size and sharpening afterwards . However there is a limit and artifacts will quickly become visible.
I strongly suspect you are starting with too small an image - but if you come back with the pixel size we can try and advise you better.

Hi TroyHR,
You can find out the size of the starting image by selecting: Image> Image size.

That would be tiny even for a web upload, and is totally inadequate for printing. Where did the image come from? Did you take it, and if so, what with? Do you have the original file?
You might like to share the image here, by copying and pasting to this thread with Ctrl v. That will give us more idea how to help you.
[EDIT] I think I had better explain that I assumed the number you showed us are pixels, and not a linear measurement. That was because of the tiny file size of 7.12Kb

Hi TroyHR,
From those dimensions 169x94 and 7.12KB file size tells us what you have is a very small image to start with.
So when you try to enlarge it, the image becomes very blurred and pixelated.
Thanks,
Sim

Yes, it is quite small. But, that is why I called you... I just copied and pasted from the net to my drive...

There is no way of enlarging that tiny thumbnail image without pixelation.
You'll have to get the original image to achieve your goal.

Correct, I'm missing that one.
As per my previous reply, you sourced a better image, not the thumbnail in question

Hey, cool trick Gene. Is that a Firefox Add On? I'll go have a look for it.
[EDIT I am not seeing quite the same interface as yours, but this one is working for me 🙂
Google Image Search :: Add-ons for Firefox
I will use this a lot, so thanks for the heads up.

Yes, that's the add-on.
I've been using it for so long, I thought it came with FF.
Always glad to toss in a cool tip.
