Losing my sharpening

I have been using Lightroom for months and I haven't had any problems until recently. When I go to export or if I switch from the Developer tab to the Library tab I lose all of the sharpening I have done on the picture. Regardless of if I do it on 1:1 or on fit. I don't know what is going on! Can anyone help? I have read a lot of the different posts about this in the past but this just barely started happening to me. I use a Mac and I am on Lightroom 6.8.

I have been able to better diagnose the problem. So it seems that nothing I do in the Detail Module is transferring over to the library view or when I export. Any ideas?
