Is it possible to have a responsive menu height?

I want a menu to fit between the head and the footer of a site, but for it to be responsive (height and width) on all browsers. Is this possible??

This isn't really possible with vanilla Muse, you would need a third-party widget. Would the menu be visible at all times or hidden until clicked?

I must go look about a third party widget. Any spring to mind? Thanks.
