Hello, so recently I bought Adobe Creative Cloud, being excited, I launched photoshop, didn't work, found a solution, now it works fine. The I launched After Effects, it started to load, then it said: "After Effects Warning: Unknown Exception", After I clicked "OK" it led me to: "After Effects can't continue: unexpected failure during application startup." I've done alot of troubleshooting and nothing has worked, and my graphics drivers are up to date. Please help.

Thanks!

Hello, if anyone still needs help on this, I found a solution.

I ran a virus scan, i used a program called "ADW Cleaner", it worked really well, it was really quick and alot of things that weren't working were working after, hope I helped!

Nobody can tell you anything without exact system info or other technical details. Just saying that it doesn't work is not good enough.
