Double-charged on my CC subscription

I was being charged twice in November 2016 for my CC subscription. I have been trying to contact the customer service but the online chat option is not working at all. There is no email address for me to direct my question to, so what can I do now?

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect try using a different browser.
