Who can help me repair an old indesign document that won't open?

I have received 4 old indesign files from my publishing house. Two books and covers to them. 3 files open perfectly well, but the 4th file won't open. I found a repair software called Stellar .... but it says this file is too old to work with that program.

I have tried opening as copy, delete preferences, open in both (mac) CS6 and CC15, and in a windows version too.

It would save me LOTS of work if it's possible to repair the file!

I'm willing to pay for a solution, but don't know who to turn to? It isn't even possible to call Adobe anymore??
