Hi guys... I'm trying to remotely connect to Photoshop on my laptop through an app called "Creative Cloud Tutorials" on my iPhone 7.

Both my laptop and iPhone are on the same Wifi network.

The app has a feature to learn with a second screen using Photoshop installed on my laptop. I have enabled Remote Connections checkbox (in the Preferences), created a service name and a password.

The phone is not detecting the service. I tried to set it up manually by giving ip address. Doesn't detect that way either.

Please help.

You need to get help from the app maker it may require some IOS version or some IOS permissions. Can it connect to both PC and Mac?
