Pivot character head down around a point

Hi, I have an sheep character that I want to animate as though it were eating - having the head pivot around the neck to the ground and back again. I'm struggling to find a way to do that.

Any ideas? Or would it be easier to do that sort of animation straight into After Effects? I was going to use Character Animator to animate the legs moving, so wanted to try do it all at once.

Thanks

I'd move the Head origin point down to the neck (yellow circle that appears in the puppet panel when you select the Head group in your layers list) and turn up Face > Head Tilt strength, which will exaggerate how much the head tilts in a given direction.

Thanks for the quick response! In the end I found it easier to create a cycle in PhotoShop and trigger that - mainly because I wasn't using a webcam for head movement.
