Happens in some files. I can upload those files if u wish.  Ive opened case on support but have no answer.

Some support manager connected to my computer via boomgar and replicated the problem + he got the file and have the same error on his computer.

I don't know exactly from that - but a lot of reports of crashes are stemming from a Preference setting

In your preferences ensure both of these are turned off as below.

Man, that trick worked on 1 of the file when I ctrl+A text ! !!!

But the problem still exists when I try to copy/ move page. I can upload the file here maybe you guys can inspect it and tell me whats wrong with it?

Try exporting it to an IDML file and open that - opens as Untitled.

This is a common trick for eradicating corruption that may have built up.

Man that did the trick. But can you explain the mechanism of this idml trick? what does it clean from file ?
