Unable to fill form on Windows tablet

I just purchased Arcobat Pro DC, however when I try to edit my form, I can't get the keyboard to come up. I am using a Dell tablet with Windows 10.  Would sure appreciate any help as I am under a time crunch to be able to fill out this PDF form for work.

Sorry for the delay in response.

It seems that you are using the Adobe Acrobat Reader application on your Windows tablet to fill the form.

You need to use the Adobe Fill & Sign application in order to fill the form.

Let us know if you are referring to something else.
