Someone bought me Adobe Cloud as a gift, while i was in school for a year. One year later, their card is expired, I don't use the cloud. I have no interest in continuing my account. From what i gathered, from the emails i was getting was that if the payment wasn't updated then my things would just wash out clean. however today i got a different email saying that i might face fees. I contacted support for help. they wont let me cancel. Support doesn't speak english well so i can't get clean help from them. they just keep trying to sell me things and wont help me resolve my issue or answer questions.

Does anyone know what i can do or have wisdom? I feel like Adobe is screwing me hard over here.

From what you say, Adobe does not have YOUR credit card information since the subscription was a gift
