Lightroom

My old lightroom (which was under a different account monthly) has expired which is now disabled. I started a new account, under a different username but now I don't have access to my photos. I see them but I can't use them, edit or access my VSCO in the 'developing' tool. Please HELP!

If you can see them, what is stopping you from using them? What happens when you try? If there is an error message, please quote the complete exact unedited word-for-word error message.

I can see the images in my Lightroom Library and I'm able to look at them in full res. When I move to 'Develop', the screen turns black and I get a message that says:

"Develop module is disabled. Please renew your membership to reactivate the develop module."

Which I've already done...

Sign out of Lightroom. (Help->Sign Out) and then quit Lightroom.

Then when you launch Lightroom, sign in the with the new username
