Header Image, Footer Image and Editable text lost

We need to open a PDF document received over an e-mail, enter some text, sign and send the updated document across via e-mail. When we open the PDF using this App, we lose the Header Image, Footer Image and some text on the FORM (text is editable in nature).

We are using Adobe Lifecycle Designer (from SAP ABAP) to generate the PDF. Please advise if we can get some help to enable using Adobe Fill and Sign DC app for this purpose.

XFA (Designer) forms are not supported with any mobile app. Use Acrobat Reader on Mac or PC only.
