Text Cursor Problem in Book Module

The latest Version of Lightroom 6.8 displays a problem with the cursor in the Book Module. No mater where you are on the page entering text... the cursor extends from that position to the top of the page.

I have not seen this question in forums before.

I do not have an answer.
