Indesign file cRecovery

We are using 'Indesign CS6', Sometimes application may hang and quieted, On this case previously when we open the application again it shows an option 'want to recover the file or not'. But resent days this option will not shown when we open the quieted files.

Also note that file was open with last saved. Recent updates or removed.

Note : We have 10 systems all the system have same problem. So hope no need to reinstall or clear the preference.

Kindly help us to enable the 'File Recovery Option'.

I would like to add an additional info to this. In my system 'Indesign CS6, CC' both installed and cant get 'recovery file' for both.
