How do i de-interlace my footage like in this video? i want the last result from the video as its explained,  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YczLRshnxQ8  I have "Adobe After Effects CC 2017".

the author is using a 3rd party plugin called "frames" by redgiant. you could field de-interlace your footage by right clicking on the footage in the project panel and choosing interpret footage. There you will find the options for field de-interlacing.

And what exactly is your question? For best deinterlacing I would recommend buyoing RevisionFX' FieldKit plug-in.

Thank you. I have my S7's camera or an old camera my mom had a long time ago. I am also working on some video remasters too, so i would need this for older footage.
