Redaction Error: "There was a problem reading this document(16) when saving document." Acrobat X Pro

Adobe Acrobat X Pro- My redaction of a document returns the error message "There was a problem when saving this document (16). The Redaction looks to save, sends the warning that Redaction will not apply until saved then will not save.

Hi bdarline,

Is this happening with all the files? I guess this may be happening with a particular file only? 

Are there any images on the files?

Also, check if you have any updates pending for Acrobat on your machine: Adobe - Acrobat : For Windows
