How can I edit my document. Add text or delete something. Normaly on my laptop I can do it but with my new PC it's seem to be a different version...

Chances are that you have installed the free Adobe Reader, which does not allow editing.

If you have a subscription for Acrobat, you should able to download and install Adobe Acrobat (Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X​).
