Hello, I just want to ask whether .pkg files in the installation from Adobe are removable because it is taking a lot of spaces in my SSD.

yes, those are installation files.

you can always test by renaming a file, waiting at least a few days to see if anything goes wrong, and then deleting if you notice no problems.
