I'm having an issue with photoshop on my wacom mobilestudio pro 13 i7.windows10. Using the Eyedropper tool it shows all the time the progress wheel and spins continually.. It happens the same when I try to transform some objects (edit/transform). Its kind of annoying.. I've tried different versions cs6, cc2015 and cc2017 uninstall, install again and nothing helped.. Does anybody else have the same problem? thanks

If you are using Windows Ink, I'd be inclined to disable it, and add the WinTab script.  Windows 10 seems to work better with WinTab than Windows Ink

Re: Use Windows Ink Issue with photshop CC 2015.

We also have a tablet setup guide here (Windows 8.1 and 10 behave much the same with tablets)

I tried it but I still have the same problem. It happens even with using a mouse so I think its not about the windows ink.. Thanks for the answer.
