Hi!

Character Animator is having zero problems when I switch to only using one monitor, but while using two monitors, the program crashes. Are both monitors connected to the AMD graphics, or is one connect to the discrete graphics AMD card and the other is connected to a built-in/integrated graphics Intel graphics? If the latter, we've contacted AMD about this problem.

If you open System Information and then go to Components > Graphics, what do you see?

Thanks.

I have a similar problem, though i'm using Windows 10. Premiere and Da Vinci Resolve both "crash" when I plug the external monitor in which is really annoying. I have tried restarting them, updating graphics drivers, and even reseting my computer but nothing seems to do the trick.
