Hi,
Trying for ages to create the prov file for Premiere Elements 12, keep getting error code 14, tried at work, at home of different computers same issue.
Command:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\Enterprise\utilities\APTEE\CS6\adobe_prtk.exe --tool=VolumeSerialize --generate --serial=(myserial) --leid=V7{}PremiereElements-EMT[12]-Win-GM --regsuppress=ss --EulaSuppress
