Yes my serial number starts with 1160 and No I certainly won't post it.

I'm using Windows 10. I purchased it as Lightroom 6.

The pattern of my Code includes 24 numbers and letters in 6 groups of 4.

If you have the serial number, go to https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom/kb/lightroom-downloads.html, first download and install the Application Installer, then download and install the Lightroom 6.8 update. To enter the serial number, How to convert a Lightroom CC trial to Lightroom 6.

Hello,

Even though I entered my serial code properly on my new computer there is no way I can redeem my LR 6. All they suggest is to purchase Lightroom CC.

I paid 130€ last April and I realize I can't use my application. Is this fair? NO!

I really don't know how to recuperate it. It was hell to install it the first time and now it's even worse.

Thanks for your help

Rgds

A Lightroom serial number has six groups of four numbers, and the first four are always 1160. Does your serial number conform to that pattern? Are you sure it is a Lightroom 6 serial number? Did you purchase Lightroom 6 as an upgrade to a  previous version? What operating system are you using? Do not post your serial number!
