Adobe Xd Installation freezes at 45%

I tried everything, downloaded the Adobe Cleanup Tool, reinstalled Adobe Creative Cloud. It still freezes at 45%!! I need the software for my uni project. What am I paying for?!?!

EDIT: Now it gives me an error. WHAT DO I DO I NEED THE SOFTWARE ASAP!!!!!

empty your temp folder.

suspend your anti-virus and other anti-malware programs.

right click the installation file>click 'run as administrator'.
