Fixed design in mobile devices

Hi,

I have designed a responsive website and every thing works fine.

But when i publish a mobile device (iPad and iPhone) the design will not be fixed in the mobile browser. It swipe around...

I have tried to make the mobile both fixed and fluid. Nothing works...

Please help 🙂
