I am having problems with Adobe Sketch. At the moment, my new Creative Cloud Files are not showing up in Adobe Sketch. Also, the Adobe Sketch App is rotating my landscape (horizontal) images to portrait (vertical), so my drawing are sideways and there doesn't seem to be a way to rotate them back. Any help is much appreciated.

I want to transfer JPEG from the Creative Cloud on my Mac to Adobe Sketch on my iPad so that I can continue working on the go. I went into 'Your Work' files and tried to move it from there to 'Assets' - 'Mobile Creations', but there is no option to do so.

I have the exact same problem. I want to transfer JPEG from the Creative Cloud on my Mac to Adobe Sketch on my iPad so that I can continue working on the go. I went into 'Your Work' files and tried to move it from there to 'Assets' - 'Mobile Creations', but there is no option to do so. You would of thought the idea of the Creative Cloud was to be able to move and transfer image files from one device to another without having this issue.

The “Mobile Creations” folder is where the CC apps store their native files - best not to go dropping JPEGs in there. In fact, you shouldn’t have to move them from your working area. Here’s how I access my CC files - in what way is your workflow different?
Step 1: Tap “+” in the layer stack and choose “Image Layer:”
Step 2: Tap “My Files” to see your CC Files:
Step 3: Now you can tap and browse anywhere in your CC Files folder structure.
Step 4: Make sure you have selected “FIles” at the top. If you see something else, tap and change to “FIles:”
I hope this helps - if not, please clarify what you see and do at each step and where the process goes off track.
Thanks,
Mike

Hi Sara,
When you say “new Creative Cloud Files are not showing up,” do you mean that you can see your files, but if you add a new one it isn’t visible from Sketch? Are you accessing the correct area of the CC Files when you’re searching?
See my next post down for additional details.
For the rotation issue, can you tell what device you’re using, and what version of the Sketch app and what OS version you have?
Thanks,
Mike
