I have a problem to use cross fade with Mac. I can't drag and drop any of the cross fade features in my video. It is simple not possible, it is blocked and I see a little sign there (see red arrow in pic below). Yesterday everything runs smooth. I use Premiere Elements 14 and a Mac OS Sierra 10.12.3

Billion Thanks for any help

I know it's no consolation but, man, it seems like any time there's genuine strangeness in the program's behavior on a Mac, Sierra gets mentioned.

You need to drag the transition all the way to the timeline in order to get rid of the no-no-sign.
