Import operations were not performed

Hi all,I am using a Nikon D7200 to take photographs. Just completed a shoot this afternoon and wanted to upload my photos but instead got a error message saying that my photos import operations were not performed. Can anyone please help me if you have encountered this issue before? Thanks.

What is your OS and exact version of LR?

Hi, I am also getting this Error although i am using a canon  400D

This means that you do not have write permission for the location selected to import the photos to.

Check the target location for full access privileges.
