My creative cloud is not working. I am getting problem in opening premiere pro with message renew your subscription.

I understand that your Premiere Pro app is asking to Renew the Subscription.

If this is a new purchase, make sure you have assigned the license to yourself and have accepted the invite for this. Please refer to the following link for this. Manage your Creative Cloud for teams membership
