Error when I open Photoshop (Creative Cloud)

I'm using Creative Cloud and I have some softwares installed in one PC and one Mac.

On my Mac everything's fine, but lately I can't open Photoshop on the PC. When it's opening a message appears telling me that Photoshop stoped working and then automatically closes.

Also when I'm using Illustrator, I can use the tools, but can't use the keyboard shortcuts and there's always that circle rotating near the cursor.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall the softwares. I uninstalled and reinstalled the Creative Cloud, but it's still the same.

I even changed my antivirus, in case there was something there blocking the programs.

This started happening only like a month ago. On my Mac never happened.

Make sure that Video driver is updated.

go to administrative tools/event viewer/windows logs/application

find the Photoshop crash error high lite it and on the right side select " copy as text " and post it here.
