Issues with text in Slideshow

I have given my images individual titles in Metadata but when I put titles on slides in Slideshow they all end up with the same title, the one of the first slide to which I added a title. That is, the individual titles are not being passed through from Metadata to Slideshow.

Also, the text itself is broken up and barely legible.

How are you doing this? It should work. You click on the icon on the tool bar “ABC”

When the text box appears click on the dropdown arrow and choose title.

A box should appear on top of the slide displayed and you can drag it into position and stretch to re-size.

Each image should display each individual metadata title.
