Previously had a trial version of Lightroom. Now that I have used the same Adobe ID to purchase a CC subscription, the Develop and Map modules in Lightroom are disabled, even when signed in, and after uninstalling and then reinstalling Lightroom.

Download and install the Creative Cloud Desktop app. Open the Preferences in that app and Sign In using the Exact same Adobe ID, Email Address and password, you used to purchase the subscription.

If that fails then go to the main Adobe web page, Sign In using that same ID then click the Manage Account button (you may have to enter the password once more) and check the status of your subscription plan.

It sounds to me that you have not used the same Adobe ID, and that you are signed in with a different ID. So, sign out (it's in the Creative Cloud app, click on the gear icon) and sign in the with ID you used when purchasing.

It wouldn't hurt to try it, the whole process would take less than one minute.
