Imported Catalog won't identify the photos on the correct storage

After formatting my computer and reinstalling Lr CC I tried loading my usual catalog which is on a external HD, however, and the Lr it loads everything as if they were in one of my two SSDs, I tried deleting the default catalog and reloading the old one, nothing changed. I tries to find all photos in the wrong path and I couldn't find viable setting to solve this.

The second link worked fine for me, I assumed it was a different issue since it was accusing they were on a different storage
