All texts become Overflow after converted from CC to CS6. Help!

I get a INDD file which is converted from
CC to CS6. But all texts become Overflow (picture 1).

What’s the problem?

My computer setting as picture 2 shows.

It will happen while downsaving.. also make sure you have fonts used in CC version

Either you have a different font (it could have the same name) or the dictionary for hyphenation is missing (like a missing user dictionary) or a different one or a wrong language.

Hi Willi,

however what's strange is that not only small text frames are showing overflow, but also bigger ones, that should be able to hold at least some portions of the formatted text. Hm. One cause could be text formatted with "No break".

To the OP:

Can you show the original document with CC 2017 ?

What is the Story Editor Window showing?

Also, just to cover all bases, check the definition for your Object Style "Info Box – outline". Maybe something didn't come across when you converted  or maybe there is an inset? Maybe?
