I see there are allot of unhappy customers having this same problem. Is anyone from Adobe gonna fix this issue or do we need to cancel our subscription?
I tested your site on different browsers across devices and I am unable to reproduce your issue.
This is my best guess: Your site has heavy content that is taking time to download on a slow connection. When you hit the refresh button, the site has already been downloaded to your browser's cache and is displayed.
I suggest getting in touch with a few of your friends, and see if they are able to reproduce this issue for you. Because I am on a high speed connection, I am able to see your site without

Hi vernonh,
Are you using any third-party widget or custom HTML on your page? To isolate the issue, can you try removing such components one by one to identify the issue?
Let us know your observations, and we will take it from there.
Thanks,
Preran

When I notice it is when I make a change to the website and click visit the website. It doesn't do it after I refresh the browser. This is still a problem I don't want to make websites that have a blank white screen after I make changes. I have tried partial upload and full upload. I turned off editing in the browser option. It just doesn't seem right that you would have to have someone that has never visited your website get a white page and have to refresh the browser to get it to load. Some visitors may just leave thinking that there is no website to view. Thought about inserting the code to auto refresh once every 90 minutes so it isn't noticeable.
Is anyone else having this problem? I did see this in the forum last month which is after the update to 2017 version.

Hi,
Even I am able to see your site properly.
Looks like what Preran has said is a valid point.
Please check your site on other devices connected to a different network.

I just made a few simple changes and uploaded the website with modified changes only and now I am getting this error when I open the website that I have made the changes on.

This is embarrassing. I have many websites I have built using less stellar software such as WebPlus X8 and I never have seen this happen. I thought it was the browser updates but I have checked my other websites and am not having any issues like this.
Can I delete the .htaccess file if I am not using in browser editing?
This is the only file I see that could be the culprit.
Please advise, Thanks!

Can't believe Adobe. They'll tell us that Muse has its own team and development dept. Nonetheless - I bought an Adobe Creative Cloud membership and they should stand behind their product. This has been going on for too long.
White Screen Adobe Muse Fail <- Keywords Adobe! Look! We are unhappy here.

This is still an issue! I have tried every fix for this issue using CC 2018 and I am still getting the white screen loading issue. I think it is some of the javascripts that muse is using being outdated and in need for integration with current scripts. Adobe can you help with an update PLEASE? Obviously I cant downgrade to CC2015.1 with my site as I have put many hours of work into this and would have to start from scratch again.
