I have a new laptop and need to reinstall my old version of CC.  It shows me my product in my account, but nowhere to install anything but trials of new version. Which I do not like.  This should be simple. View Existing Products and Click Install.  How hard is that?

Hi NPGdesign,

I understand that you are installing the Creative Cloud apps in your new machine and you are getting trial issues and also you want to install the previous version of the apps.

For trial issues:

Make sure that the license/ seat is assigned to you in the account.

Manage your Creative Cloud for teams membership

Manage your Creative Cloud membership

Make sure that you have signed in to the CC Desktop app with correct email id .

Sign in and sign out to activate or deactivate Creative Cloud apps

Once you are signed in to the CC desktop app and it is normal, now you need to install the previous version apps by following the below link.

Download and install Creative Cloud apps

Please let us know if this helps or if any further assistance is required. Thanks!

Regards

Himanshu gupta
