Several days ago (2/3/17), I was successfully using my lightroom cc app.  Now (2/11/17) when I try to open LR or PS, it asks me to download a trial.  Tried one or two fixes I found online, but no luck.  I have 20,000 photos in the system and don't want to lose them.  I have both the CC version of LR & PS, plus a purchased disc version of LR.  Really upset!  Ideas??

First - your photos are safe, they are still where they were on your disk/s.

Have you looked in your Adobe ID on Adobe.com to see the status of your CC subscription??

What is your OS?

What shows in the CC app:

What are the exact messages you get???

Thanks, Geoff, for your assistance.

No progress yet. when I went into the Adobe Creative Cloud, it just asks me to purchase or download the trials of these programs, as if I had never had them installed on my computer at all. Answered your questions in purple font below...

Other ideas will be appreciated...

Best,

Diane Macfarlane

How are you trying to open them? From the CC app as pictured above or from icons, shortcuts and or Aliases, on your desktop, Dock/Task bar?

If you have the CC DTA open, and if not open it, as pictured above click the Gear Icon in the upper right hand corner and select Preferences and make sure you are signed in using the Adobe ID associated with your subscription plan.

Hi Just Shoot Me,

Thanks for the advice. Have attempted opening multiple ways. Used gear icon. checked my sign in info, checked that plan doesn't expire until March 3, checked that my desktop was an authorized computer.

No luck. When I tried to re-download from the site, it gave me the 7 day trial versions of both LR and PS.

Other ideas appreciated.

Best,

Diane Macfarlane
