Stop clock animation

Hello,

I'm trying to create a stop watch animation. At the moment, I've got a hand rotating around the clock face over a minute using the following expression:

transform.rotation

degPerSec = 36; //degrees per second

degPerSec*time;

This give a constantly sweeping second hand though - what I'm looking to create is a second hand that snaps to a position in each second, rather than have it as a continuous animation.

Any pointers are greatly appreciated.
