Add Paragraph Rules to all but the Last paragraph?

My QUestion is as stated in the description.  Is there a code that Add's paragraph Rules to selected text/Frame minus the last paragraph (keeping Paragraph rules Previously in that Text frame)?

P = myParas.length;
for (p = 0; p < myParas.length-1; p++) myParas
