Hi! My after effects application keeps crashing on startup. I tried updating, I tried removing all My plugins and restarting. I need help please

What GPU do you have?

You need to remove the CUDA framework from your system. CUDA is only for NVIDIA graphics cards. If you install it on a system with an AMD card or the Intel graphics thing (which isn't even a dedicated GPU), it will cause crashes like this one. See this page.

I have this same problem and nothing is working. Adobe tech support is aware of it, but runs be in circles for two hours and then tells me they'll get back to me. Then they don't
