I cut out a section of an image and pasted it onto a transparent background. I free transformed it to fill the bottom part of the image, but there was a sharp edge that needed feathering. I chose the eraser tool and feathered out the sharpness. When I saved it as a png, the sharp edges are still there as if nothing was done.

Can you post a screen shot? Are you saving is as a png-8 or png-24. You should be saving it as a png 24.

I'm not sure how I saved it. Does the support allow us to send images that

we need help with?

If you can reproduce what you did, and capture screen shots of the progress: UI dialogs, etc, someone here can most likely figure it out.
