Does anybody know about Character Animator?

Does anybody know about Character Animator? I installed AE already and tried to crack the license error of Character Animator, but I cannot open it properly. Always says OpenGL... screen seems like blank. Blahblah blah....

Use the Creative Cloud app to uninstall After Effects then Re-install AE.
