I have a Mac with Sierra 10.12.3 and InDesign CC last version.

Since always I use my two monitors, one for the main window and the second for the palettes.

When I open an InDesign file and then I edit a link (for example an image in photoshop) when I return in InDesign

while the image is updating InDesign crashes.

If I use one monitor (main window and palettes all on the same screen) there is no problem. Nothing crashes.

I delete every kind of preferences, and I done every kind of reset.

If I use Indesign CC 2015 I have no problem with two screen.

Anyone got the solution?

Thanks

Hi Alessio,

I need some more information for investigating this issue further. So can you share with me your document(causing the problem) and a video showing the issue.

It would be really great help for debugging this.

You can drop a mail at monsingh@adobe.com

Thanks,

Monica Singh

Are there drivers for the 2nd monitor that might need updating? It just sounds like your processor is having trouble of some kind performing everything at once. Also, when you put everything on one monitor, does it matter which one?

It's no a driver problem. In fact this kin of problem started about 7 month ago after an InDesign Update.
