can I edit a signature saved in my cloud? If not is there any way to imput it from the destop instead of a mobile device?

I want to be able to save a signature to my cloud account that I can edit. The only way I saw to save it, is with a mobile device. The image is find but there is some gray edges that I would like to remove. Since the image is in the cloud and not on my phone, I can't even use my phones editing to fix it. I can't seem to find it in my cloud account either to do the same. Is it 1 possible to edit the signature in the cloud. 2 can I use a saved image on my desktop to save a new one that can be edited? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
