Hello, I have Adobe XD on Windows 10 Home, I download this program and I need open file which i download in enternet, but his write me this problem. And I trying to open "Open UI kit" and issues this  same mistake. Please somebody  help me !@

I reinstalled operating system, changed the windows account, changed the account Adobe and still it gives me this error. I tried this program, go to "HELP" and he still gave me this error, the account name has no Russian letters, numbers, periods, commas or something , but still this error appears. I don't know what is wrong.

I have figured out one of my folders were in Russian, but after I replaced it with English all at once earned.

Привет, это проблема связана с именем твоей учетной записи.
Если она на русском или в ней есть какой либо символ 1-9 @!, и т.д, то xd просто не увидет данные файлы, тебе нужно иметь учетку сугубо на латинице
