Stock image is too small

Hi,

I purchased an image from Stock (FILE #:  86349344) but it is too small to use. When I try to resize it becomes distorted.

Are you able to help please?

Hi Bernadette,

I apologize for this experience.

I tested this image at my end and can see that the size is not correct.

I am reporting the same to the Stock team and adding an extra credit to your account.
